Born and raised in Australia, Linda came to Canada in 1998 as a one year Rotary International Exchange Student with the Rotary Club of Charleswood- Winnipeg. Getting to know Canada during her one year stay, Linda made the decision to make Canada her permanent home when she married a Winnipegger, & began the process of moving here in 2001. Linda then spent the next 4 1/2 years as a Restaurant manager with The Keg Restaurant & Bar before making a career move.
Linda completed her real estate qualifications in 2004 and began working with RE/MAX Professionals in 2005. In 2006, John Inglis & Ken Brown approached her to work with them as a specialized buyer's agent and she became an integral member of their team at RE/MAX Performance. In 2011, the team revamped and she continued to work alongside Ken Brown, dealing with clients both in the city and the surrounding areas. If there is one constant in the world, that is change! At the end of 2016 Ken & Linda decided to dissolve their partnership but continued to partner up over the years to allow their skills to best represent Buyers & Sellers.
Now Linda enjoyes working with both Buyers and Sellers within the City of Winnipeg specialising in Charleswood and St James neighbourhoods with 20+ years of experience.
Over the course of her Real Estate career, Linda also managed to add 2 children, 3 dogs and a Canadian Citizenship to her family. While the international travel has slowed down, technology has made it so much easier to keep up to date with friends & family. She loves a good chat, spending time by the pool and discovering dog friendly walking trails in Winnipeg.
